PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

The following conditions apply:

1. Shipping terms

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic.

2. Shipping costs (including VAT)

2.1 Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge the shipping costs for parcel shipments at a flat rate of €4.99 per order - from a minimum order value of €50, the shipping costs are waived.

Freight forwarding shipments are calculated according to the shipping weight.

2.2 Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs to other European countries as follows:

5 - 10 Kg = 21.90 € per package

2 - 5 Kg = 16.49 € per package

0 - 2 Kg = 10.49 € per package

From a minimum order value of 100€, shipping costs are waived.

3. Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-2 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
