Lengths and adjustment: The upper sections of the ceiling hangers are available in lengths from 200 mm to 1000 mm, each in 100 mm increments. This allows for precise adjustment to the respective room height.
-
Nonius perforation: This ensures precise adjustment of the ceiling height and enables flexible installation that is specifically tailored to your needs.
-
Nonius lower parts for timber frames: Ideal for ceilings with timber frame constructions. They allow for millimeter-precise connection to the upper part and can be easily screwed in.
-
Vernier bases for C-profiles and metal rails: These bases are available in various designs, suitable for C-profiles (CD profiles), T-profiles, Bandraster profiles, and other metal rails. They offer the same precision and stability as the versions for wooden frames.
-
Preparation: Select the appropriate upper and lower parts depending on the ceiling construction.
-
Attaching the top parts: Mount the top parts to the ceiling and use the rear holes for cable routing.
-
Connection with lower parts: Place the lower part on the upper part and fix it using the locking pin – for millimeter-precise alignment.
-
Final assembly: Screw the wooden frame or metal rails to the base sections. Ensure the hangers are evenly distributed to ensure a stable ceiling structure.
-
Careful planning: Calculate the hanging area in advance and choose the appropriate lengths for the top and bottom sections.
-
Quality of materials: Use only high-quality hangers to ensure long-term stability and safety.
-
Regular inspection: Check the accuracy of the alignment during and after installation.
